Ford Taurus Review
The 2008 Ford Taurus is a 4-door family sedan that can accommodate up to five passengers. It is available in four different trims, ranging from the SEL FWD to the Limited AWD. The 2008 Ford Taurus is basically re skinned for 2008. Ford Motor Company is also introducing a new special version- Heritage Edition, for its aging hipsters. The 2008 Ford Focus provides good performance in front, side, and rear tests and optional electronic stability control.
The power moon-roof that is optional can be fully retracted with just the touch of a button.
Four models are available for 2008 Ford Taurus line-up- 2008 Ford Taurus SEL FWD, 2008 Ford Taurus SEL AWD, 2008 Ford Taurus Limited FWD and 2008 Ford Taurus Limited AWD. All the models are affordable with the MSRP starting from $23,245 to $28,695.

Overview
The large sedan, 2008 Ford Taurus is available in either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive configurations. Two trim levels, base SEL and up level Limited, are offered. A new 3.5-liter V-6 makes an estimated 260 horsepower. With new V-6 teamed with a six-speed automatic transmission, the all-new Taurus can tow up to 1,000 pounds when properly equipped. Major changes for the new 2008 Taurus include a larger and more powerful V-6 engine, new front and rear styling and new suspension tuning.

Every detail of the interior segment is highly configured starting from the stitching on the new leather-trimmed seating. The gauges are accented with chrome rings encompassing key instrument panel buttons. Other features include a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a power passenger seat, front seat heaters, a memory system for the driver seat/mirrors, wood grain interior trim, air-conditioning, a CD player and MP3 jack, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, heated mirrors with puddle lamps, and an analog clock.

2008 Ford Taurus Exterior
There are many new changes made in the exterior segment of the 2008 Ford Taurus for an overall sleek look. The headlamps, tail lamps and front and rear fascia is given a totally new look. Just beyond the bold, chrome grill up front, the shiny stuff can also be noticed on the fog lamp bezels, dual exhaust trips, and fender vents, door handles along with license plate brow. With these changes, the latest Taurus line-up has definitely more presence as compared to its predecessor. It also has an all-new suspension for a much smoother ride.
